Camden Spring Clean Up Week @ Camden village
Jun 8 @ 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Camden’s SPRING CLEAN UP week is June 8-12, 2020. Throughout the week, Camden’s maintenance crew will be picking up items left at the curb or alley, and it’s the perfect opportunity to clean up!

Residents will still have their regular Rumpke trash pick up on Tuesdays, but this additional service provided by Camden allows you to put out numerous large items, small bundles of yard wastes/trimmings and other items for pick up throughout the week.

Guidelines to follow

  • The Camden maintenance crew will be pick up large items including appliances and furniture.
    1. Please note, all upholstered/cloth furniture items must be placed in large plastic bags (available at the village offices for $7) or wrapped securely in heavy-duty commercial grade plastic.
    2. Any item that typically contains freon (fridges, freezers, AC units, etc) must have the freon removed and must include a certification tag from a reputable HVAC company certifying that it has been removed.
  • Items that cannot be picked up include:  tires, hazardous materials (including paint) and any appliance still containing freon.
  • Please have your items out by the curb by 12:00 noon on FridayJune 12th.
  • Crews will pick up daily but if they have not picked your item up in two days, please contact the office at 937-452-7547 to let us know and we will get to it promptly.
  • Please note, if you have limb and/or large yard waste items, please call the Village Administrator, Rusty Wilson, at 937-336-6882 to arrange to drop off items at a designated location near the Sewer Plant.

If you have questions, please give us a call.  Thank you, and happy clean up!
