Program Overview & Application Information
OVERVIEW
In February 2025, Camden received a $4,000 grant through the McCullough-Hyde Foundation’s Community Grant Program to start our Helping Hands Program. The program will offer critical assistance to underserved residents in Camden by addressing community health needs and providing essential support services.
The Helping Hands Program is designed to assist residents of the Village of Camden with critical health-related needs and essential support services. This initiative provides one-time, non-recurring aid to individuals facing urgent circumstances related to physical health, mental health, or vital daily support.
As part of the program, we will also be bringing in speakers and medical personnel for presentations and discussions about health topics of interest to the community. We post more information about that, including dates of talks, etc., soon.
