Camden's Administrative Offices Consist of:
Interim Mayor of Camden: Toni Keesler
Responsibilities include:

- Supervise and oversee all village employees
- Review and sign legal documents for village
- Represent the village at the county, region and state level
- Liaison with the Camden community
- Serve as tie-breaking vote in case of tie vote of Council

Village Administrator and Code Official: Rusty Wilson
Responsibilities include:

- Supervision of two maintenance employees
- Perform duties and responsibilities for village's Water Department
- Perform duties and responsibilities for village's Street Department
- Perform duties and responsibilities for village's Sewer Department
- Property maintenance code official
- Maintaining villages vehicles, equipment and tools including conducting minor repairs, keeping maintenance records, deciding when to request additional equipment/tools/vehicles
- Trash / Trash can removal and maintenance
- General maintenance on village buildings, parks, equipment as needed
- Other duties as requested by Mayor or Village Council

Fiscal Officer: Trina Wood Bronson
Responsibilities include:

- Maintain village budget, including all accounts payable and receivable items
- Coordinating and accepting bids for village auction items
- Prepare council meeting agendas and take, transcribe and prepare council meeting minutes
- Assist Mayor's Court clerk
- Reception for village offices and handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Conduct all banking transactions for village
- Prepare monthly reconciliation for budgeting
- Prepare payroll for all village employees
- Generate and mail more than 750 water bills each month, take payments, reconcile bank transaction payments and monitors overdue accounts
- Prepares department budgets for annual budget allocation of Council
- Maintains all documents and permanent records related to the village
- Maintains and prepares all financial information, documents, and records for audit.
- Drafts resolutions, ordinances and levy documents for Council
- Handles all public records requests
- Send notices to county to assess resident's taxes for past-due payments

Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining EPA licensing for required regular checks of village sewer and water plant and samples
