About Our Village
HGTV's Hometown Takeover Contest
Earlier this year, the Camden Comeback committee (local non-profit that supports Camden's citizens and businesses) and others entered Camden in HGTV's HomeTown Takeover Contest. Thousands of small towns and villages were nominated so the competition is fierce. The results haven't been announced but with this fantastic nomination video they produced as part of the application process, we feel confident Camden has as good a chance to win as any other town in the nation! Watch and listen as our Camden friends and neighbors describe our great little town.
