Water Department

Camden's Water Department, headed by Village Administrator Rusty Wilson, is responsible for:

      • Installing and maintaining water lines
      • Turning water off and on for residences and businesses
      • Reading and maintaining all village water meters
      • Maintaining the Water Plant
      • Maintaining village fire hydrants
      • Conducting required monthly and weekly water testing (for E Coli and other bacteria) and sending to lab for testing
      • Adding chemicals to water at plant as directed by lab testing
