Town Hall Phase II
The Town Hall Phase II second story renovation project continues to be a topic of discussion. Currently, we have finalized the exterior renderings and are looking to finalize the interior renderings, as well as the construction drawings for the project. In addition to the needed touches on renderings and drawings, the Village continues to seek different funding options. The Village has received $100k in State Capital Funding for the project. 107 E. Central Avenue
The Village of Camden, Ohio owns a property at 107 E Central that is ready for redevelopment. The building was constructed in 1900 and has housed numerous types of businesses and residences. If interested in the building, please contact us at villageofcamden@woh.rr.com. Preference will be given to multi-use commercial on the bottom and residential up top or business incubator.
